The typical Ninjutsu deck is well known, with Vela the Night-Clad and evasion. However, I haven't seen one like this yet.

I want to take advantage of the fact the Ninja are not 'cast', but put into play, therefore I want to put effects in play that punish players for casting spells, with the idea being that with just a creature or two in play this will allow me to start cycling ninjas in and out of play without casting.

Therefore, I chose Sygg for cheapness and hopefully some early draw. EDIT: Obviously Yuriko's Commander Ninjutsu ability is much better.
