Anhelo is a workhorse of a craftsman. At first his little smidgen of the cheese touch and a cute little spell copying ability may be easy to overlook and dismiss, until you have two, three, four, maybe even five or more instances of Din of the Fireherd or Blatant Thievery coming straight at your face.

Build munchkins from Urabrask's Forge or Field of the Dead to keep the casualties coming, or use sticky bastards like Squee, the Immortal or Tenacious Underdog as living fuel. Close the game out with the abovesaid Din of the Fireherd or a well-timed Exsanguinate, though you can switch the latter with Torment of Hailfire if your friends and/or playgroup are pissing you off today.

A good tech I put in is Irenicus's Vile Duplication which can up how many times you can copy a spell each turn, as Casualty stacks. Pretty cool! Remember tho: It's only the FIRST instant or sorcery each turn that gets casualty, sadly, though that includes opponents' turns as well.

Some other options are more theft-bent builds with Bribery and Acquire (though those are better in similar builds like Zevlor), or even Poison and Proliferate with some of the newer ONE cards, amongst others.
