So I was inspired to brew under Mishra, Artificer Prodigy by a comment /u/lshift0 made on the /EDH subreddit. The deck sounds amazing and I have had the brew pile spread across my table for two weeks. I do not have the budget for a Nether Void lol. Here is what I came up with for a first draft for a low-to-mid power Mishra deck...

District 1: Core Artifact Shenanigan

Mishra, Artificer Prodigy may seem like an odd choice to helm a singleton deck at first glance. To explain his amazing quick let's use his interaction with one of my favorite EDH cards Possibility Storm.

• Cast Sol Ring
• Mishra's trigger is placed on the stack
• Possibility Storm's trigger is placed on the stack
• Possibility Storm's trigger resolves, casting a different card and putting Sol Ring BACK INTO YOUR DECK
• Mishra's trigger resolves, allowing you to search your library (among other things) for Sol Ring and put it into play

Now we are using Possibility Storm to just get a free card while it screws with the rest of the table. That is super dope and I am riding the dream all the way to the bank! Blood Funnel is a great friend as well since it lets us cast things cheaper AND counters them for Mishra to pull out of the bin. This even works with Praetor's Grasp and Thada Adel, Acquisitor by casting our opponents copies of artifacts that we play (i.e. the Sol Ring example).

District 2: Alternative Application of Artifacts

- Blasting Station + Flayer Husk + Salvaging Station silly fun combo
- Darksteel Forge + Mycosynth Lattice + Neinyrral's Disk/Vandalblast my friends deserve it I promise
- Gilded Lotus + Unwinding Clock or any of my ten other mana rocks to help take advantage of any activated abilities on every turn

District 3: High Impact Artifacts

- Blightsteel Colossus for when you need a clock on the board
- Memnarch great activated ability...
- Steel Hellkite is still incredibly deece
- Mirage Mirror their best thing is mine
- Phyrexian Metamorph great and it doesn't "target"

District 4: High Synergy with Artifacts

These are the best supporting cast I have available for my artifact strategies. They provide some recursion, narrow tutoring (I avoided the best combo tutors), and protection. These will be all of the cards that I won't individually tag in the description. Well, besides lands and basic rocks that is. Suggestions are welcome.

District 5: Artifacts pun intended

-Crawlspace is left over from an early attempt at including Propaganda effects and Silent Arbiter. The others might make it back in but This guy can be tutored up by Trophy Mage so it gets to stay for now.
-Library of Leng is slotted in specifically to accompany my next, and last, section of cards. It should help avoid total blowouts by Leyline of the Void effects and Anafenze decks. This is mid power and I want to have my fun :)

District 6: Double SECRET Hidden Commander

My hidden sub-theme is Nekusar, the Mindrazer baby!
- Howling Mine Horn of Greed Temple Bell psycosis Crawler and Viseling all fit the Nekusar plan without giving the game away themselves
- Spiteful Visions Price of Knowledge and Notion Thief can all help me punish my opponents while setting a heavy clock for the game
- The Locust God can give me even greater payout from my draw effects
- Speaking of Draw effects, we will be running Magus of the Wheel Jace's Archivist Windfall Wheel and Deal and Prosperity as well

So this is what I will be playtesting next week, adjustments will follow.
