Hi, just want to compliment you with your build of Marchesa. I love the input of the MLD's as a wincon, since you'll mst likely take the win through combat damage while the opponents are rebuilding.

I also see that you have a discard subtheme (Dauthi Mindripper & Sadistic Hypnotist being personal favorites of mine!). Ever thought of adding Tergrid, God of Fright  ^Flip to the 99? She isn't the most popular card around, but would go very well with your MLD and discard. Maybe a 'win-more' card here, and as I said, not too popular in the community. But maybe on theme here. Tried it myself, but chickened out because nobody in my playgroup was really fond of it. But given you've included the MLD, it seems that you could very well be able to withstand the heat ;) An other possible inclusion, could be Vindictive Lich? Has the dying effect, discard theme and a wizard subtype with synergizes well. They could possibly fill in the slot of Thalakos Deceiver (though I love this card too :D)? Not really a theft theme in your deck?

You really have a whole collection of fun cards here! And I'm definitely going to consider including Bearer of the Heavens! 'Hey if you didn't want to lose all of your permanents, you should've have let you hit me with it! :D'

Spark Double feels like it's a custom card made specifically for Marchesa. It allows you to abuse any etb/death trigger on everyone's turn instead of once per round thanks to that automatic +1+1 counter or it copies Marchesa for double Dethrone.

Vigean Graftmage = 2 free sacs every turn (itself + 1 other). This card is deceptively amazing here. Have Vigean enter first then as the 2nd enters, graft a counter onto it.

Goblin Bombardment is a sac outlet that only 2 colors can reliably deal with and it enables an infinite damage combo with Mikaeus and Glen Elendra.

Burglar Rat, Elderfang Disciple, Elvish Doomsayer, Liliana's Specter, and Noxious Toad (oracle text is each opponent) are all excellent additions to your discard theme.

Keldon Firebombers can be good. But I would rather it also destroy artifacts and creatures. For this deck, I think the more it can reset the board, the better. I actually used to have four land destruction cards in the deck: Jokulhaups, Devastation, Obliterate, and Bearer of the Heavens.

But since I have so many draw and search cards in the deck, I'm actually able to very consistently obtain a land wipe. After many games, I've noticed that I would often end up with two or more MLD in my hand. At that point, the excess were just duds. So I decided to remove Devastation and Bearer of the Heavens to make room for cheaper cards that were more useful. After lowering the average CMC, I was also able to put in more non land cards. Which I also felt made it better.

I've looked at your deck, and I think it's VERY good. I especially liked the combos you have in the deck. My deck doesn't really have too many permanents that are sac outlets, so I probably wouldn't be using those specific combos. Which I'm ok with, since I like keeping +1 counters on my creatures to prep for a MLD.

It's just a different way of winning. But again, very good job on the Marchesa deck!

Uncivil Unrest is one of the best cards printed in years for Marchesa. I can only describe the feeling as "it feels like you're cheating somehow" because it's so good here.

Plumb the Forbidden in response to non-destroy boardwipes is amazing here. Pseudo dodging counterspells, the flexibility, and instant speed makes this card.

Canoptek Tomb Sentinel finally gives us a repeatable answer to enchantments (or anything nonland) that doesn't cost 7. It honestly feels custom made for Marchesa.
