Just a dinkin flicka budget deck. Cards are meant to benefit form you discarding cards, your opponent discarding cards, and bring this weird mix of aggro and damage over time stuff. Lands are obviously upgradable, and Waste Not makes this deck way better.

Also, some of the weirder cards on here, like Sarkhan, Fireblood and Squee, the Immortal , are only here because I have them and they are budget for me.
