Malignus, double strike, trample, bleed through damage, death touch, only one blocker. A few minor blockers to buy time. Considering putting in some flinging sac creature for total damage to give second destruction option.

Update:

Looking to drop out 1 Fervor and 2x Swiftfoot Boots as they are redundant while I have Mark of Fury in there. Also thinking I'll drop Battle Hymn as I don't need that for the mana acceleration and I don't have enough other creatures in there to make it worth it. That would give me five spots to work with, and I could drop 1 of Quietus Spike, Fireshrieker, and Vorrac Battlehorns, and free up 8 spots to add in Flings and other creature sacking and direct damage.
