My version of a Muldrotha EDH deck. I have a lot of experience with other GY decks (like Karador, Ghost Chieftain and Tasigur, the Golden Fang).

This is without a doubt one of my favorite decks I've brewed for myself in a very long time. Every game feels very different as the deck can play on numerous axes to get to a win. The deck plays more often than not a sort of tap-out control deck, landing using threats to generate incremental value to an eventual win. The longer the game goes, the better this deck runs.

The Deck gradually builds value by dumping cards into the graveyard with Mesmeric Orb, Stitcher's Supplier, Sidisi, Brood Tyrant and such. These function as pseudo-card draw effects as most of the deck is permanents that can be replayed with Mama to generate card draw and value.

One of the most common win conditions when this plan is online is Laboratory Maniac. As there are no infinite combos in this deck currently, this is more often than not a "backup plan". While this is mostly a get out of jail free card, there have been games where Mesmeric Orb is left unchecked for multiple rotations and most of my deck is milled, so it morphs into the primary strategy. Hermit Druid, a more recent addition to the deck, rapidly churns the deck into the graveyard as well.

Another line is the obvious Craterhoof Behemoth. While the deck doesn't make a helluva lot of creatures in a burst, it can generate more than enough to get there with turn or two of set up with a Grave Titan and multiple plays/clones/reanimates of the Hoof. I've fairly regularly had 4 triggers of Craterhoof in a single turn, which is about where the table starts putting the calculators and their cards away.

Additionally, there is a small land value subtheme with numerous ways to play multiple lands and replay certain valuable ones, such as Strip Mine over and over to grind your opponent into a fine, staxy pulp, or gain repeated value on Tatyova, Benthic Druid. Along this line, you may question Reliquary Tower in a graveyard deck. While it was out of the deck for some time, and we use the graveyard as an extension of our hand, there are a lot more graveyard hate style cards (looking at you Bojuka Bog) than exile from hand style cards, so it protects the deck a lot more than you would reasonably think. Additionally, Muldrotha, the Gravetide restricts how many cards we can play from the graveyard, but nothing is restricted to be played from our hand.

The rest of the deck is basically card draw, removal, ramp, and other general utility style cards, perfectly fit for a control deck in commander.

As always, if you're aware of any glaring weaknesses or missing cards, I'm always open to discussion.
