Perhaps consider adding in Misty Rainforest and Scalding Tarn for deck thinning? Unless you want to keep this post rotation standard, of course. Otherwise, I like it; it has real potential.

Yeah good point, but I had in mind that this would be more of a control deck.

have you thought about splashing black? U/B control is on the rise... anyway +1 for this tourny quality deck. keep it up man!

Dude Blue/black control is way too susceptible to mono-blue mana flood decks. I can't take the risk if I want to take the DCI championship by the throat.

I took a build of this deck to my local FNM. It works pretty well, but it can be a pain when you don't draw your lands. Consider adding Selective Memory so you don't get mana-screwed.

I love the mono blue, but I was thinking maybe splashing some green for Oracle of Mul Daya and maybe Explore . But spartanwolfej has a really good point. Thinning this deck is very important cause I really hate not drawing what I need to take the game to the next turn.

I don't think you have enough lands in here, remember 60 cards is only a minimum.

are you sure about the Selective Memory s in here man? I mean what if you're land starved or something... just seems a bit too risky...

I playtest it, but sometime i was without mana to put creatures, so consider adding some more lands.

This deck is really good so far and your definitely off to the right start, now you probably want to start thinning out the unnessacary cards like Selective Memory . Treasure Hunt Would provide card draw and is much more efficient, but you still may not have enough mana to cast it sometimes. This deck needs some work, but so far +1 from me.

+2 Selective Memory , +4 Treasure Hunt , +4 Laboratory Maniac . And then you have a deck that can actually win.

DARK_r3ck0n1ng, does the phrase constructive criticism mean anything to you? Obviously you don't have any fundamental understanding of the core concept this website is based off of, which is building a community of respectful critique of magic decks and strategies. -----squire1 edit-------- That's fine, but not here. Thankyou.
