This only has 59 cards in the deck, and I didn't count the second wolfbriar elemental. What are your plans for the rest?

I would suggest adding Crucible of Worlds to combo with strip mine for a crazy amount of land denial. Play your strip mine back at least 3 times a turn with your commander's ability, plus explore and other things that let you play extra land.

You could play more cards searching for lands and get them into your land and then use cards that turn your lands into creatures.

In a deck like yours, you can never go wrong with Howl of the Night Pack .

You should really get your land count up to 38-40 for this kind of deck. You WANT to draw your lands in here. SO I suggest the following cards: Thawing Glaciers , Scrying Sheets , Snow-Covered Forest instead of Forest , Abundance would be huge in this deck. Also in combination with Rites of Flourishing .

Did you realize that you have Mana Reflection twice in this deck?

So good win-conditions are Tooth and Nail for big creatures, like Blightsteel Colossus and his little brother Darksteel Colossus or some eldrazi's (because Tooth and Nail without game-changing fatties really isn't a Tooth and Nail worth playing). Or Avenger of Zendikar and Rude Awakening to stay on-theme. Rampaging Baloths in the same vein as avenger.

To have such a big mana-base in green, you could run card:Mind's Eye and even Planar Portal , also don't forget stuff like Chord of Calling and card:Green Sun's Zenith (it can tutor a Dryad Arbor for just G on turn 1).

I'd probably replace Traproot Kami with Dungrove Elder . You get a lot more value out of that card. maybe consider Molimo, Maro-Sorcerer , though he's easily Terminate d, Beast Within ed (which you should also run, good green pinpoint removal is vital, like Duplicant ) or really any destruction spell, nonetheless, he'll get very big very quickly. Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger is also a good option, but he'll attract removal even faster... Though if he sticks, it could be devastating.

card:Nature's Lore and Three Visits are better than Rampant Growth in mono green, maybe find those. Also, Skyshroud Claim is pretty good at what it does.

A bunch of other cards to consider are: Treetop Village , Ghost Quarter , Wasteland , Dust Bowl (all especially evil with Crucible of Worlds ), Patron of the Orochi , Vernal Bloom , Natural Order , Ursapine , Sol Ring , Survival of the Fittest , Eternal Witness , Wood Elves , Skullclamp (for Beacon of Creation ), Woodfall Primus , Brutalizer Exarch , Mold Shambler , Acidic Slime , Birthing Pod . You've got a lot of options

Extraplanar Lens says all lands with the SAME NAME as the imprinted land tap for an extra mana, no matter who controls it. You play snow lands because they're still basic, but unless your opponents are also running them, they don't get the benefit of extra mana.

If you can keep your life total above your opponents, you can run Hurricane as a win-con.

You should also be running Oracle of Mul Daya and more things that let you draw cards to maximize your availability of lands.

Also, play a few games with Omnath as your general and see if that fares better.

because if you play Snow-Covered Forest s, you can sift through your deck more quickly with Scrying Sheets . Also because the Extraplanar Lens works for them, and not normal forests (which some other people might be using). I suggested the sheets for those reasons... Having enough lands to play with azusa is essential, otherwise there's no reason to use her as general...

Sad to point out that naked singularity has mana symbols outside of your color, looks like caused lots of "fun" for your opponents.
