This is my go to cheese deck that I initially built to counter my friend's life gain deck.

Play is relatively simple, use Llanowar Evles, Incubation Druid, and Plague Myr to ramp up mana quickly so you can ideally drop a Phyrexian Hydra on turn 3/4, or a Phyrexian Swarmlord on 4/5.

Use Inkmoth Nexus to chip away and get some early poison counters

Courage in Crisis is used to give additional poison counters, buff your creatures, and mainly activate Incubation Druid's effect without having to pay the mana to adapt.

Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Phyrexian Hydra makes for an unkillable 7/7 5 drop with infect.

Use Finale of Devastation to get out any card you need at the time, and use up and leftover mana you have. Don't be afraid to drop it with an X of 1 to get another Llanowar Elves out.

Titanic Growth and Overwhelming Stampede are the game enders.

Two forests were added because for whatever reason when I built the deck, I was only running 20 lands, but I prefer to run 22 in most decks now.

Scorned Villager was removed for Incubation Druid as it's more reliable and better ramping

Courage in Crisis was added for adding additional poison counters, as well as buffing Incubation Druid without having to adapt.

Finale of Devastation is my modern legal replacement (albeit GG instead of G) for Green Sun's Zenith, fills the same role in the deck

Triumph of the Hordes replaced Overwhelming Stampede because almost every creature in the deck already has infect, and I have enough ramping that the 1 extra mana shouldn't be an issue. The added bulk should make it a better finisher than Triumph of the Hordes was.
