Mana Ramping is Fun :D

So this is deck my friend made, and ever since he made it, we (me and my friends) stole it at every opportunity because it was so fun to use.

Anyway the focus of the deck is to get out big creatures like Rubblehulk out as quickly as possible using Axebane Guardian and Gatecreeper Vine as well as Land rampers.


CREATURES -

Gatecreeper Vine / Axebane Guardian - The staples for the deck. Gatecreeper Vine provides extra land and more procs for the Axebane Guardian mana.

Rubblehulk - The main powerhouse of the deck. With the amount of land you end up having, these become just ridiculous. Can also be used to buff other creatures.

Burning-Tree Emissary - Even more mana.

Savageborn Hydra - This thing will hit like a truck if you let it get out of hand. Very fun with blood rushes from Skarrg Goliath

Skarrg Goliath - Used for buffing creatures or as and offensive powerhouse on the field.

Zhur-Taa Druid - Useful for a little more mana. Also burns the opponent, so it's useful for chipping away stallers.

Worldspine Wurm - This thing comes out earlier than opponents want and tears through their defenses like paper. This is one of the only decks that can make good use of it.

Borborygmos Enraged - This guy is another destroyer that shows it's head way way earlier than it should. Also good for getting even more land onto the field.

Arbor Elf - This rounds out the ramping. With this you basically have unlimited mana.


ENCHANTMENTS -

Verdant Haven - This tips the mana scale into the extreme, allowing the likes of Worldspine Wurm and Savageborn Hydra to take full effect.


SORCERIES -

Clan Defiance - The great thing about this deck is that this card can take full effect and essentially burst down enemies in 1 turn given the chance.


INSTANTS -

Gruul Charm - This is the make-or-break card. Stop non-flying creatures from blocking or blow up the fliers and then swing in for game :D


PLANESWALKERS -

Domri Rade - This guy is simple. Get two creatures to fight for the trample effects on your creatures, or buff your things beyond repair.
