My first shot at a budget modern deck based aroundCharmbreaker Devils and Past in Flames.

The idea of the deck is to get a Kiln Fiend or a Charmbreaker Devils on the battlefield (preferably both), then cast as many mana producing red spells as you can. Once you do that, cast a Past in Flames with all of your floating mana, and do it all again!

By this time, you should have ~15 floating mana and 6-7 previously casted spells this turn. This is where you cast Devil's Play or Empty the Warrens and swing with your very, very large creature, then Fling/ Soul's Fire that creature.

This deck isn't meant to win, its meant to be silly as hell. Its very inconsistent, and VERY easily disrupted, but its a lot of fun to play.
