The General idea

To use Manabarbs to make your opponents lower their life while using Personal Sanctuary to protect yours.

Gisela, Blade of Goldnight to double the damage opponents take.

Jinxed Choker in case opponents aren't tapping land for mana as often as you'd like.

Isolation Cell , Sphere of Safety, and Oppressive Rays to force opponents to pay mana to attack, hopefully causing them to lose life in the process if they used land.

Sideboard

Burning Earth if you want some more damage from tapping to happen.

Curse of Bloodletting if you want to double the damage an opponent take. Using with Gisela, Blade of Goldnight for a bit of damage from tapping.
