Not my main deck but one I'll probably run from time to time for the funs.
The concept is simple, manifest all the cards. This creates confusion. Better yet though, all sources of manifest trigger prowess. Hence the selection of prowess cards. Also since the CMC is low the manifesting land isn't too taxing.
So let's get on with it:
Cloudform - Manifest flying hexproof. Gives a flying hexproof guy, manifests and sets off a prowess trigger.
Lightform - Manifest flying lifelink. Not as good as hexproof but lifelink is pretty good in the current meta.
Mastery of the Unseen - Value manifest. Can continuously make manifests for 4mana but also gains life. Triggers prowess etc...
Secret Plans - Drawing cards is good, +1 toughness is also good.
Trail of Mystery - Because we do want to hit all 3 colours and the +2/+2 upon flipping is nice
Hooded Hydra - the dream is flipping this up for . That said just flat casting this guy is good so if he's in your opening hand or you draw it it's fine. It also has a nice means of challenging non-exile removal
Master of Pearls - Again, the dream is flipping up for 2 mana. Arguably the weakest link and am testing this vs Sagu Mauler main. given how many manifest 2/2s we get on the field +2/+2 could easily just win the game. Especially at special action speed.
Monastery Mentor - What is better than prowess? More prowess. Seriously, this card is nuts.
Seeker of the Way - It's Seeker, he can gain lifelink, attack as a threat and is fine both manifested and played normally.
Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest I like me some doublestrike
