Marath token/counter deck. Ways to combo out with Marath (Cathars' Crusade/Ivy Lane Denizen + Impact Tremors/Purphoros/Warstorm Surge + Ashnod's Altar), ways to get infinite mana (mana echoes + hardened scales) and ways to simply overrun people with tokens. Looking for suggestions that aren't terribly expensive (Earthcraft, Survival of the Fittest Original Duals are out of my budget)
