For the discard theme, Liliana's Caress and Megrim are good for whittling down your opponents. Also I think you'd be fine cutting some of the vanilla minotaurs because they don't do much, except well.. be minotaurs.

For replacement cards, I'd recommend Dreadbore, Terminate, and Hero's Downfall (the latter also has a minotaur for flavor points). Also I'd recommend the land base to have more duals, Temple of the False God, Command Tower, Evolving Wilds, and Terramorphic Expanse. I'm pretty sure you are well-aware of the land base, however haha.

Rakdos charm is a very good card, it destroys wide decks and cementery decks, maybe we can find a spot there

Raiders' Wake - you will be attacking with the beef, hurt them for discard. Omen Machine, Uba Mask, Angrath, the Flame-Chained

Hey! Love the deck! I think some of the new Theros cards world really work with it as well, like Kroxa synergies with the extra combat steps, and all the discard, and Deathbellow War Cry just being game, with the right Minotaurs.
