littlered: the only other card that I can think of right now is Staff of Domination. However, for that, you'll definitely need excess mana. To get excess mana for your color is quite simple. Cabal Coffers + Doubling Cube + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth or Rings of Brighthearth + Strionic Resonator to copy abilities or Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron

littlered: Mass removal, I can think of All Is Dust, but there's a combo to this too. It's called It That Betrays.

Only reason why I can give you so much info on these is because I do play them and they're in at least one of my decks. I only showcase these decks when I have friends with decks that are completely annoying. To which, I literally built an annoying Gaddock Teeg deck.

littlered: If you have access to tonnes of mana, I would suggest playing Capsize with it's buyback option or the most common Cyclonic Rift. Only problem you will face would be if someone drops a Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace where your buyback would be a huge setback for you.

Gate to Phyrexia removes artifacts and is a sac outlet. Icefall is artifact removal with recursion. Shattering Spree and Shattering Pulse are more artifact removal. karn would just say gimme one at a time. also Altar's Reap would be a nice draw outlet since sacing a creature is amazing here. Echoing truth may be the only other way to hit enchantments besides the ones listed above.

Or, you can consider Ugin, the Spirit Dragon

rustyknives i added Ugin, the Spirit Dragon cause he's good for everything basically haha. also added All Is Dust cause it's excellent, also serves to sac my own creatures!

chaosumbreon87 all good suggestions, i put Icefall in the maybeboard cause ill probably put it in if i dont find any better artefact removal, so thanks for that.

I really do need anti enchantment specifically though... so hard to find in my colours :/

AND now i got 108 cards and need to cut more hahaha, it's progress though :D

Need opinions on these cards as enchantment/artifact removal please:
Aura Barbs
Aura Flux
Aura Thief
Reduce to Dreams
which is best/worst and are there any better removal cards specifically for enchantments and artifacts that i've missed and could use?

thanks

Aura Flux, being careful about Aura Thief, Chaos Warp, Warp World, Drake Familiar, and Kiora's Dismissal all work on enchantments. i like hard removal over theif and reduce to dreams, etc. My only problem with theif is some decks want you to take their enchantments (zedruu, norin).

I second chaosumbreon87. Aura Flux seems to be a better option over the others, as you make them pay additional.

I would say that there's not much of removals for artifacts / enchantments for the color that you have chosen, other than playing with Parallax Tide then keep bouncing your Parallax Tide with Deadeye Navigator + Venser, Shaper Savant

i can agree there i was just naming things that hit enchantments. also problem: remove 1 from mainboard. suggestion: closet. also remove marchesa and kokusho from sideboard and maybeboard respectively to maintain singleton format.

I've added in Aura Flux and Aura Thief because i think they both work well with my deck, if someone's playing zedruu i can always just not play Aura Thief

i realize i actually have a lot of good removal that returns to hand or targets permanents, so i dont actually need much more anti enchantment than this... i think its just that i didnt see any of my removal the last two games i've played this deck haha.

I'm not going to remove Conjurer's Closet because it's amazing in this deck, being able to flicker all my ETB triggers, PLUS it allows me to keep stolen creatures without needing Marchesa's ability. It's simply too valuable to let go.I need to get rid of 2 cards still.

Also in regards to Marchesa being in sideboard, i'm using XMage to test my deck and XMage requires my commander to be in my sideboard for that to work. it's fine where it is for now :)

littlered: not sure if this would help you but this following link leads to a deck that my friend made and tested with a bunch of us at our LGS every Wednesdays and Fridays. I think we're all a little sick and tired of the deck. Lol.

You can choose to follow the similarity of the deck if this is how you would like to play it. She plays it for the Dethrone ability and everything else stacks nicely.

littlered: if you ever decide to play other colors or try a different thing, my decks are as follows:

Tribal Dragons by Karrthus

The Raging Locus

Gad-Annoying-Teeg

My main prized possession is actually the first tribal deck which took around 2 - 3 years to get the cards, and playtesting. I have another version of this which is slightly competitive but I haven't updated it since I turned tribal with Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund

Riverdare perfect card, thank you!

rustyknives thanks, i like looking at other people's edh decks... one day i would really like to make a very unique and personalized commander deck, gotta get some playing experience first though :)

littlered I'm sure you would be able to get experience once your deck is done up properly :) but all I can say is that without officially testing the deck, you wouldn't actually know how well it would run for you. There may be other cards that would work perfectly for you.

Have fun and hope to see you updating this in the future. :)

Thanks rustyknives i've already started testing on xmage, and so far i've lost one game (but only just) and won one game, 4 player.

Wow. That's really good.

The first time I built my edh deck, I lost each game. lol.

rustyknives well mine is fairly similar to a lot of other successful Marchesa decks, that's why im looking for ways to make it a bit more unique :)

December 22, 2015 7:39 a.m.

First time i built Marchesa was for multiplayer specifically take all my opponent's creatures and give them to a different player. Pretty much zedruu with creatures. I don't care if I win or lose I just want to troll. The competitive version I made was filled with undying creatures for the mass murdering. both were successful in their own right. Wish i put the list here but i'm not that forward-thinking ;-; anyway +1 from me now that it's done
