First gameplay with the deck — May 31, 2015

So yesterday me and my friends make a get-together, we played an ate, the deck performance was better than i expected.

  • The first game was multiplayer, Bant blink, Sedris, Sigarda, Sharuum and my Marchesa were the decks playing. The deck did really well in here, tho this decks have all kind of powerful and nasty cards, it performed good. I won this one, everyone trying to remove marchesa and my creatures but i always ended up responding and sacrificing them to whatever i had available, they tried and tried but never cleared out my board, long game but good performance.

  • Second game was Oloro, Scion of the Ur-Dragon and my marchesa. Didn't had much trouble on this match either and i won.

  • Third game was Sigarda, Sharuum, Oloro and Marchesa. I lost this one but came in second, it was really close tho and the deck performed good i dont complain. I survived a Cataclysm with a 10/10 Sigarda in play and a Mirarri's wake among other things lol but Oloro won this one.

The deck is not even close to this list, i still need a few of this cards but is around 95% done. I think cards like Whip of Erebos could be good but life was never an issue during my matches, i might end up taking that space for something else. Maybe add something like Victimize i think that would be good. Also cards like Night's Whisper and Read the Bones are good draws but i feel like the deck dont need it, with things like Bident of Thassa the draw was sick, i had like 15-20 cards at one time, those 2 space could be used for something better. I think i finally nailed it with Marchesa, after trying modular creatures and many other failed builds this one was good.
