Steal, Shenanigans, Slippery politics EDH

Removing some 'rogue-tribal' cards as I am building a separate Anowon deck and as the build has grown I have included more pirates, assassins, shapeshifters etc which fit the theme of the deck but make rogue-matter cards less worthwhile. Cards on the chopping block include; Oona's Blackguard - very good and fits with +1/+1 counters, but maybe not enough rogues to matter?, Thieves' Guild Enforcer, Cover of Darkness, Mausoleum Turnkey for Virtus's Maneuver.
