I am building this political queen marchesa deck on budget. It's about damage prevention/ redirection and taxes. There is a infinite life/damage combo which is Boros reckoner/spitemare indestuctibility and whip of erebos. If you cast arcbond in the same turn and have most of the pieces it becomes infinite damage.
