After struggling to make Olivia, Mobilized for War work, I decided to take a different route. Now, we have Marchesa, the honorary Vampire.

There aren't many (only one) ETB shenanigans in this deck, as I've opted to make use of the vampires inherent +1/+1 counter synergy. The wincon is to beat face at a healthy pace. The unusual key pieces of this deck are...

Indulgent Aristocrat - Saccing a creature that'll come back gives others without counters the benefit of a second life.

Urge to Feed - Mostly flavor, but another fantastic outlet for +1/+1 counters. Great removal for the smaller commanders.

Power Conduit - Moving around counters from one permanent to another in need. Interacts nicely with Dark Depths.

Speaking of Dark Depths, couldn't have that card in my deck without Vampire Hexmage.

Blade of the Bloodchief - Literally gold.

Blood Tribute - Given this deck isn't that dependent on dethrone, I've thrown this in to shift the game state in my favor when it counts.

Stensia Masquerade - Give your vampires first strike AND counters for hitting a player? Sign me up!

In addition, I've spiced the deck with a bit of Bolas flavor.

Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker - Makes up for the lack of certain pieces of removal, however expensive.

Slave of Bolas - Turn over, place a counter and sac your creature. Mine by end of turn.

I had the urge to add Gem of Becoming as well as Cruel Ultimatum for flavor, but didn't have the room.
