A bunch of Mardu colored cards that didn't have a home. No combos or big overwhelming plays, just wants to tax the table, beat down, and stay the Monarch. Plays no graveyard recursion because it's looking to get the most out of Rest in Peace.

Has a bit of a Legendary theme. Currently experimenting with cutting all tutors (besides Sunforger), and replacing them with more repeating card draw effects. The deck is meant to be lower power, hoping that cutting tutors will make this work better at the tables it's meant to play at.
