A Mardu Monarch political deck with Queen Marchesa (long may she reign) at the helm. As always I've tried to keep this fairly budget (note that I myself own Scared Foundry, Demonic Tutor, and most other cards with a cost over $5. Fortunately, these cards are not essential to the functioning of the deck). If you have any advice on how to improve this deck in terms of budget, power, or fun, let me know!
