Stylish Zombies coming back from their premature burials.

Marchesa is a Democratist at heart but also a Demagogue whose flamboyant speeches arouse enthusiasm in all who listen, bringing them towards the armed revolution against the Monarchy while increasing their morale (+1/+1 counter).

But loyalty to the cause must not end with death, the real zealot comes back again and again to punish the oppressors.

Thus Marchesa came to lead a Zazzy Zombie army.

The deck has a pretty standard package with the usual strong synergies with creatures with undying, or creatures that enter the battlefield with +1/+1 counters like Flayer of the Hatebound and sacrifice outlets but...

Zombie Tribal

the main difference between my deck and the standard ones is the heavy Zombie tribal theme with lords like Lord of the Undead Undead Warchief, the majestic Rooftop Storm

And several Zombies doing double duty as both representative of the undead and loyal servants for Marchesa, like my series of sac outlets Nantuko Husk, Phyrexian Ghoul, Grimgrin, Corpse-Born and Carrion Feeder.

The deck all-star is Mikaeus, the Unhallowed who manages to be tribal lord, super value card, resiliency giver and combo piece in one card.

Since being a Zombie is pretty favourable in our new world, we want to have access to this option with a little Conspiracy and Arcane Adaptation, and since we are merciful we want to give also our opponents' creatures the chance to redeem themselves with a Grave Betrayal.
