Post rotation deck idea!

Card Breakdown

Creatures

Mantis Rider: The main reason I splashed blue. Fills the 3 spot and establishes early board presence, which can be a problem in this deck. Flying, vigilance, haste; what's not to like??

Soulfire Grand Master: A 2 drop! With so much firepower in this deck ( Wild Slash , Crackling Doom, Draconic Roar, etc.), it almost seems silly to not at least try him. If you can stick him, he's phenomenal.

Thunderbreak Regent: Basically a given in any standard red dragon deck right now. Provides built in protection for him and other dragons + flying = a strong card.

Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury: Dash ability actually plays nicely at the top of the curve when trying to squeeze through some final damage. Built in dragon boost!

Dragonlord Kolaghan: Another late game mvp. In the final few turns, it's pretty boss to be able stick some hasty fliers.

Dragonlord Ojutai: The flex spot. I have Ojutai on hand so he gets the call up, for now. Triggers dragon keywords and provides some critical card advantage in grindy games.

Other Spells

Crackling Doom: Mardu workhorse. Pretty essential.

Draconic Roar: With 10 dragons running around, the Searing Blood-esque effect comes up more often than your opponent would like. Even if the dragon trigger doesn't apply, being able to deal 3 for 2 (Lightning Strike?)) is critical in the early game when trying to maintain a favorable board state.

Foul-Tongue Invocation : Brutal against aggro, not so great against Hangarback Walker. A good draw more often than not, especially with the life gain trigger, but do not hesitate to board out game 2 if necessary.

Kolaghan's Command : A versatile card. Functions so well in so many stages of the game. Hard not to justify running at least 1 copy.

Murderous Cut: Faster than Ruinous Path, and with so many non-creature spells in the deck, there's usually enough delve material to get it off cheaply.

Utter End: I really like this card. It's a faster, albeit slightly more expensive, version of ruinous path, and it can't be crushed by Dromoka's Command (lookin at you, Stasis Snare. Gets rid of Siege Rhinos, Hangarbacks, and planeswalkers with ease. It does fill a similar slot as Brutal Expulsion , though, and stretches out the curve, so 1 copy MB seems to be the sweet spot.

Brutal Expulsion : Coming into BFZ, I'm intrigued by this card. It's a more expensive Remand, but also can wipe out smaller creatures or weak planeswalkers. When used for max value, it can be a game changer.

Wild Slash : Fantastic in certain matchups, horrible in others. Sideboard freely.

Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker: Removal and dragon triggers??! I like.
