This is Mardu Aggro. The mainboard is pretty basic. It consists of many low drop creatures that work well with Alesha. The sideboard contains a lot of removal, some chump creatures, and two planeswalkers to assist your summoning. It is very easy to tell when and what to switch from the sideboard.
