This is Crazytom's Mardu Control. Basic principles. Control the board and Sarkhan Phoenix win. Mardu charm and crackling doom are great cards. Chandra helps you dig through the deck. wouldn't recommend her ultimate in this one though. I have no problem against agro. I think my sideboard needs a little work to take on other Control Decks. Being able to use Chained to the rocks is pretty awesome.
