Sideboard

This is an updated version of a deck I had on my previous account, LandCracker616.

This deck is designed to forcefeed our opponents with tokens and make them pay the tax for each one. Giving our opponents free creatures can be seen as problematic, so there are also cards included to help prevent our opponents from quickly killing us.

The key cards to mention for the "burn" part of the title are Rampaging Ferocidon and Trespasser's Curse. Rampaging Ferocidon will help against any deck that enjoys life gain. On the flip side, Trespasser's Curse will help quickly replenish our life in case we are getting burned or cannot respond to all the tokens we are giving away.

The deck contains answers to not just the tokens we are creating, but also slowing down aggro decks. Magus of the Moat is the perfect answer to the tokens we are generating, as none of them have flying. Illness in the Ranks will kill almost every token we are giving our opponents, except the 0/2 plant tokens with defender. Authority of the Consuls won't necessarily slow down our opponent's free army. It will, however, slowdown their main deck creatures as well as give us life gain.

The original decklist contained Faithless Looting. To fix this banned card, we are main decking Risk Factor and Sign in Blood. The 2 point life loss for Sign in Blood is easily countered by how much life we can gain, and if the deck performs well then our opponents will likely not pay the life for Risk Factor. The two most underrated card in the deck are Rakdos Charm and Mercy Killing. The charm not only offers flexibility against artifact/graveyard decks, but can one shot an opponent with a large board. Mercy Killing helps handle pesky indestructible creatures, and is especially nasty against some of the big creatures contained in Tron decks.

The sideboard contains mainly answers to targeted removal from our opponents, as they will quickly bring it in game 2 to pick off our key cards. Apostle's Blessing will help protect key creatures, while Auriok Champion can be a good substitute for Authority of the Consuls if our opponent is playing in Rakdos colors.

The deck is pretty fun to play, so feel free to test it out and let me know what you think!
