This is a Reanimator deck that's built to abuse Goryo's Vengeance in a "fair" way. Your main target is Obzedat, Ghost Council (Ghost Daddy); he has a triggered ability that lets you exile him on your end step. This means that when the end step comes around, both Obzedat's trigger and the exile trigger from Goryo's Vengeance go on the stack, and since you control both triggers, you get to choose how they resolve. So you resolve Obzedat's ability first, exiling him to himself before Goryo's Vengeance does, which keeps him around for future turns.

Torgaar, Famine Incarnate is the other reanimate target. If your opponent is at 20 life with no blockers or removal, Torgaar essentially turns Goryo's Vengeance into a 17 damage burn spell as it puts your opponent to 10 life and attacks for 7 the same turn. Torgaar can also be used to gain life if you're close to death.

Notice that both of our reanimation targets are castable without Goryo's Vengeance (Lingering Souls tokens help cast Torgaar). This means the deck is a lot more resilient against graveyard hate than most other Reanimator variants.
