Hello All!

I am an intermediate player, and I am wanting to do a Mardu deck that is geared towards 3 or 4 player kitchen table games, kinda anything goes.

My original plan for this deck is have good board presence with 3/3 tokens Thanks to Dictate of Heliod, Lots of Lifegain from Soulfire Grand Master, and bash people in the FACE with copied spells via Pyromancer's Goggles.

PLEASE offer any and all suggestions. I am trying to keep this at 100 bucks or so.
