Take out two lands. 26 cards have only one mana cost, probably won't make a difference!

Interesting idea. I don't understand the Disowned Ancestor, though, and I'm not too sure about Ruthless Ripper as an aggro card. What about Monastery Swiftspear and Seeker of the Way in their place?

Ruthless Ripper is there as she's the strictly better one-drop deathtoucher compared to Typhoid Rats or Pharika's Chosen.
To be honest, I looked at my decklist again yesterday and I was wondering why I put Disowned Ancestor in there. My best guess is I was thinking of a raid enabler, or as somewhere to use mana if I end up hitting a lot of lands. Definitely replaceable.
The problem with Monastery Swiftspear and Seeker of the Way (both of whom I love and who do excellent work for me in my Canadian AggroBurn deck) is that I don't really have many prowess enablers. Also, the Swiftspear would require me to run more red so I could be reasonably assured of getting her out T1.

Well, obviously those two are not at home here the same way they would be in RDW or Jeskai Aggro, but I count 12 prowess enablers (16 if you include Gnarled Scarhide), and a full 15 more in your sideboard. Surely she's better than Soldier of the Pantheon?

I think she definitely works better than the Ancestor, absolutely.

Go down to 18-20 lands, kick athreos to the curb, you don't want to be recasting your guys when they can just recast for cheap anyways. I put in 3 Ashcloud Phoenix with the butchers and main decked Tyramet as a 3 of. I went to the PreGP in Fall River Saturday and had 3 people tilted because the deck came straight out of left field. It was GLORIOUS

At 22 land, I already have trouble getting the Butcher out on time. Are you consistently casting Ashcloud (and unmorphing) at 18 land??

I hadn't, no. Looks like it could be a good card advantage engine though - probably have enough mana to bring two or three creatures back.
Although between the Bloodsoaked Champions and Athreos, I'm not sure how often it'll be of absolute need. Does work well if Butcher and Haruspex are both on the board though.

I haven't tested anything like that for this type of board. But you could give it a try at 2x and tell me how you feel

Might throw some in the sideboard. I'll see if I can rustle any up for tomorrow.

I suspect we may soon be saying goodbye to Athreos, God of Passage for the Brutal Hordechief. Probably move the Grey Lady to the sideboard and the Crackling Dooms out.

This deck lends well to Spirit Bonds
