This deck features a lot of similarities to the R/B Midrange Deck that's popular in Standard right now. However, I decided to splash White for Veteran Motorist, Toolcraft Exemplar, Gideon of the Trials, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, Thopter Arrest, and Cast Out. Veteran Motorist is probably the main reason I added White, not just for its Crew ability, but for the Scry 2, as well, which IMO is huge. Gideon of the Trials can keep big threats at bay with his +1, and a 4/4 indestructible isn't bad, either.

As far as the remaining deck goes, you've got your 4 Heart of Kiran's, 4 Scrapheap Scrounger's, and 4 Unlicensed Disintegration's. I didn't add Goblin Chainwhirler, as getting three red mana in a 3-color deck isn't the easiest thing to do. Also, I feel like Goblin Chainwhirler might get the ban hammer soon anyways (hopefully). There's plenty of removal in the deck, with Abrade's, Vraska's Contempt's, Cut // Ribbons and the aforementioned spells.

Finally, my two favorite cards in the deck, Rekindling Phoenix and Hazoret the Fervent are 3-of's. Hazoret the Fervent can still Crew vehicles if she's not able to attack or block, and Rekindling Phoneix just won't go away, unless your opponent has an exile or two removal spells.

My mana-base is kind of Eh? 4 Concealed Courtyard's and 4 Inspiring Vantage's seemed pretty obvious, but I'm not sure about the rest. Also, I'd like to work Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants into the deck once Core 2019 releases.
