Mono-green Marwyn high-power edh deck

high budget version: Marwyn, the Neutralizer

IMPORTANT FUTURE UPGRADES (these upgrades cause the most significant increase in power):

• Arcane Signet -> Lotus Petal Arcane Signet is just too slow for a 3 drop commander, so Lotus petal is strictly better ramp and allows turn 1 or 2 marwyn
• Lotus Bloom -> Jeweled Lotus suspend 4 is an awful downsize and Jeweled Lotus is strictly better ramp and allows turn 1 marwyn
• Elvish Herder -> Ezuri, Renegade Leader ezuri is a wincon by himself, herder requires you to be able to buff creatures separately, both are good but ezuri is strictly better. Might be worth trying to keep both
• Instrument of the Bards -> Fauna Shaman strictly better tutoring
• 1x Forest -> Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth being able to untap a nythos w/ arbor elf is very powerful
• Soul of the Harvest -> Worldly Tutor cheap tutor > expensive card draw on legs
• Broken Bond -> Force of Vigor strictly better removal, also can be cast for free
• Uncage the Menagerie -> Finale of Devastation uncage the menagerie is situational, you'd use it to set up for a winning combo (ezuri, archdruid, and fierce empath -> kogla), but finale just wins. Might be worth trying to keep both
• Zendikar Resurgent -> Carpet of Flowers carpet ramps better
• Once Upon a Time -> Turntimber Symbiosis   lets us cheat things into play rather than putting them in our hand
• Garruk, Primal Hunter -> Shaman of Forgotten Ways Garruk is good and worst-case scenario is just another Soul's Majesty; however, Shaman can let us win the game, is a decent mana dork, and gives a good reason to run the kogla+HT.Scout+E.Wit+BeastWithin (inf. mana + board wipe) combo

EXPENSIVE FUTURE UPGRADES (these upgrades are decent, but very expensive)

• 1x Forest -> Allosaurus Shepherd more counterspell protection, very useful
• Loaming Shaman -> Endurance can be cast at instant speed, and for free, allowing us to interrupt self-mill win cons
• Viridian Longbow -> Walking Ballista both are wincons that don't require combat damage, but Ballista is a creature so can be tutored for and cast at instant speed w/ Vivian or Emergence Zone
• Lightning Greaves -> Cloudstone Curio another very powerful inf-mana combo enabler is more important than haste in most cases
• Primal Command -> Green Sun's Zenith both tutor, but since we're usually looking for cheap (1-3 drop) creatures, Zenith is faster. Zenith also cheats things into play

LAST UPGRADES (these ones result in the lowest increase in power level for the deck):

1. Boreal Druid -> Birds of Paradise expensive, but gives colored mana
2. 1x Forest -> Elvish Spirit Guide good in competitive play, sometimes, but unless it's in your opening hand, or the first/second draw, this card is a dead draw
3. Colossal Majesty -> Sylvan Library faster, also 2 cards always > 1 card sometimes, lower priority because 4 life per card is very expensive and only worth it in competitive play
4. Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury -> Boseiju, Who Endures freyalise is good at ramping w/ marwyn, and can do removal, but is too slow in competitive games
5. Reclaim -> Noxious Revival direct upgrade, but low impact
