Wildgrowth walkers plus anything exploring - multiple multiple times.

1 wildgrowth + 1 panharmonican + 1 jadelight means gaining 24 life and making wildgrowth a 9/12 creature and jadelight potentially a 6/5.

This is not only easily achievable but also extremely fun.

So many combo's:

Panhamonicon + almost every merfolk

Path of Discovery + any creature

Wildgrowth Walker + any explore card

Any lands you draw can be played with enter the unknown.

Removal is tougher but you can make it happen with Nature's way and your buffed creatures, river's rebuke and supreme will. More often you'll be hex-proofing with blossoming defence and heroic intervention.

Draw with Silvergil Adept which can double up with Panharmonicon. Curious obsession helps to fill the gap and Supreme will rounds it out nicely.
