Mono-Blue Budget deck using the Jace vs Vraska Duel Deck as a shell. Illusions are powerful compared to their mana costs but come with the drawback of being sacrificed once targeted. Lord of the Unreal takes care of the problem leaving you with some big, evasive threats. Phantasmal Dragon becomes a 6\6 Flying, Hexproof powerhouse at 4 mana or only 3 mana with Warden of Evos Isle. Card draw and control included to make sure the deck has enough gas to finish the job.
