Based this deck on other Splinter-based decks on the site. I believe this version is just as good (if not better) than most, and also, a fraction of the cost!

Some grade-A budget bullshit.

Here is how it works:Lay down Myr Landshaper or Liquimetal Coating to turn their basic land into artifacts. Then, run Splinter . Cards like Tel-Jilad Justice and Oxidize are there just to buy time, same goes to Fog and Respite.

Hopefully your opponent won't have much on the board by the time you pull your trick off. Even if they have several creatures out, Trepanation Blade will end the game once Splinter has does its job.

Again, this deck is based on zqft's deck, "Splinter Tin".

UPDATE: I actually beat this deck using my U/B mill deck. My friend got rid of all my islands but I was able to get by on swamps. If you know ahead of time your friend is going to play a mono-colored deck, that would be best.
