The previous version of the deck can be found on my page for posterity. I decided against just updating it, in case anyone wanted to focus specifically on the artifact theme that drove the original.

I had the idea for a deck that used nothing but cards printed as masterpieces aside from the commander(s) back when Aether Revolt came out, when we all thought the gravy train would keep running. After the announcement that the masterpiece series would only show up sporadically, I got a little discouraged. Once the invocations for Hour of Devastation were spoiled, however, I couldn't ignore my brainchild.

Like the original, Masterpiece Tribal 2.0 uses no cards other than the commander or basic lands that have not been printed as a Masterpiece. Also like the original, this is a stax deck aiming to deny your opponents' mana. Unlike most stax decks, we rely on creating Voltron with either one of the Gods of Amonkhet or our commander, thanks to all five Swords and Champion's Helm.
