Here's my current Sen Triplets EDH decklist. I've been quite active building this deck in the last month especially because of the rule #4's abolition.
Deck is pretty much versatile and has been builded with a multiplayer game control thinkin'. After many tries and many cards bought to complete this 100 cards rolster I ended up building it around an accelerator/reanimator concept where the main goal is to play everyone's hands, graveyard, battlefield and uh... mind of course! Let's have a better look to the actual decklist.
Pros:
Lots, lots of fun over here because every game is a different game, depending of who fight(s) against you.
versatile, lots of situational cards which can make you bounce back quickly in the game
Dynamic and active kind of playing. Lazy players should avoid playing this deck
Cons:
Your opponents already hates and will hate Sen Triplets even more when she'll land onto the battlefield. That is to say, you,ll have to protect her pretty much as the main goal of the deck relies on playing other players hand.
Esper colors are pretty slow and vulnerable. You'll have to consider playing even more accelerator and draw cards (I am currently considering so)
You'll have to take over the game pretty quickly because there is no beaters at all in the deck. Also, no lifelink ability means you'll be losing life quite quickly
If well played, You'll probably lose friends, forever.
To pick into opponent's hand
The main card of the deck, the one and only Sen Triplets will do the complete job to achieve this task. You can easily figure out that this nasty nasty card will obviously be the greatest harrassement for your ennemies, you'll have to had her some protection. That's why I opted for some good counterspell and/or creature spells that kind of protect her from being destroyed or exiled

Mizzium Meddler Love the flash's effect here, this is the reason I prefered this card to the almighty spellskite.
Glen Elandra Archmage
... and her amazing counterspell's ability. Give her some love!
Snapcaster Mage the guy says: "Don't touch the Triplets PLZ".
Leyline of Anticipation Free card when it's in your opening hand, why not? And it means you can cast your commander at the very end of a player's turn, which provides here greater protection.
To steal opponent's battlefield
Playing Sen triplet's mean you'll have to rely a lot on other players deck. If for multiple reason you can't have Sen Triplets survive the battlefield, just grab some opponent's effectives which are already standing onto the battlefield:

Using everyone's graveyard
Including mine. Many permanents cards in this Sen Triplet's deck make a huge difference and somewhat necessary to make you stand of top of your ennemies. That said, cards from ennemies graveyard might be of some help tho.
ReanimateClassic reanimator
Unburial Rites Yes, it costs a lot but still, the buyback effect is priceless.
Sharuum the Hegemon let's call him Sen Triplets older's brother.
Sun Titan Still a questionable pick but for now, he's making the job done.
Academy Ruins Key land for this deck.
Soul Manipulation Well, I like the double effect of this counterspell. The only reason it's still in the list. I know I could affort a better cards to replace this slot but for now, it makes the job.

Praetor's Grasp Card is pretty much broken with Sen Triplets. Let's call it the underated card of the deck.
Removals
If you dare to cast spells onto the battlefield, I'll make sure they won't last for long. There are the chosen removal cards:
Path to Exile Classic white removal
card:Sword to plowshare Idem
Vindicate Very powerful removal card
Council's Judgment The most powerful removal spell in my opinion
Ethersworn Adjudicator Mortify + mortify + mortify and so on.
Cyclonic Rift The broken blue's removal.
Wrath of God Mass removal for cheap.
Supreme Verdict Uncounterable mass removal fom cheap.
The draw
Because playing blue means you have no choice to add some draw cards even if your mecanism dont ask for that.
Consecrated Sphinx The most powerful draw creature hands down
Sire of Stagnation A great new card that does similar to the sphinx. Not played him enough often to decide if its place is insured
Rhystic Study a hidden gem for this deck as it does multiple task: slows ennemies down, makes you draw for cheap. Really really powerful if it stays on the battlefield for more than one turn.

Baleful Strix Flying, deathtouch, cheap, draw card, I buy.
Phyrexian Arena Also an extremely powerful card if it stays too long on the battlefield.
Remand An interesting draw card/counter that works pretty well in the deck's dynamic.
Accelerators
I'm kind of lazy to list them, but they stand as an essential part of the deck mecanism. the more mana you have, the more fun you will have playing in opponents hands while playing yours at the same time.
