I cut the cards that I thought were really unhelpful, but more cards could stand to be cut, like Rise from the Tides. It feels like there are a lot of different win condition ideas in the deck, but none of them are focused on in particular, so a bunch of card slots are being taken up by a bunch of wincons.

There are currently cards for:

these are all tangentially related to your gameplan, but none of them feel like they are the specific way you want to win (the rest of the cards are a big pile of draw, counterspells and ramp). If it were me, the goal of the deck would be to get a bajillion experience counters, cast fireball or comet storm, and then either copy it multiple times with cards like Reverberate or storm off with Thousand-Year Storm and then cast the fireball. To make this plan happen, I'd add cards like Pyretic Ritual and Mana Geyser, early game pingers like Guttersnipe and ways to make blockers like Young Pyromancer, and I'd only run a few counterspells, mostly to protect Mizzix on the turn that you plan on winning, or preventing a big game winning play from an opponent. Don't expect to control the board like a control deck, bc mizzix just doesn't work for that kind of strategy.
