This looks like a load of fun to play, and it looks like you've got it pretty tightened up, too. I'd love to see a deck like this in action.

Just for standard good red EDH cards, have you considered Viashino Heretic or Stranglehold?

For a sac outlet maybe consider Phyrexian Altar over Altar of Dementia. It costs more, but the mana may be more important than the mill. Also Semblance Anvil may be good in your deck. Exile an artifact creature under it, an all your creatures and artifacts cost less.

This looks like a really fun deck! My monored deck has Etali, Primal Storm as the commander and Grenzo, Havoc Raiser in the 99 and it's really fun to play, though I get a lot of attention/disruption from the rest of the table so I run a lot of defensive cards like Defense Grid and Price of Glory on top of War's Toll. I run the Strionic Resonator and Paradox Engine combo in mine and bet it could work with Grenzo too, despite being riskier. Since you're running quite a bit of equipment and Hammer of Nazahn, have you considered the Godo + Helm combo? Lots of other useful applications for those two cards too!

imSandstorm: Good call for the Godo + Helm combo...definitely need to find space for that. The list is getting pretty tight now and I'm having trouble cutting cards. I like the idea of Price of Glory now that I am considering cutting Vedalken Orrery to make way for Godo.

Making cuts in mono-red has been the hardest for me out of the decks I play. I personally just couldn't get a lot out of Vedalken Orrery in my group. Since your list has the tools to get attackers through consistently and relies on doing so, maybe creatures like Rakka Mar and Stigma Lasher are good fits as well? Your list has reminded me of many useful cards for my Etali list like Dolmen Gate and Berserkers' Onslaught so I'm super excited to revisit it. Thanks for sharing it :D
