Her Royal Highness, Queen Marchesa of Paliano, is in control. Her laws (taxing effects which sit on the battlefield - enchantments and artefacts) dictate the way she wants this game played. Her commands (targeted removal and wraths) must be obeyed by all. Her citizens (token producers and defensive creatures) protect her crown.

I've gone tutorless in this deck as I am tired of having access to everything I need, when I need it. I don't have an issue with tutoring, and I absolutely accept the place it has in the game, but I am not availing of it this time around.

The aim of the deck is to distort and control the game with mild stax effects while protecting my status as Monarch. Then, as opponents are ground down to lower life totals, I can swing in with a token army or end the game with a big spell like Comet Storm or Debt to the Deathless.

Feedback is definitely welcome.
