UpsetYoMama thanks for the help. I do not currently have any Sphinx's Revelation but am looking at getting a couple from some friends. This deck desperately needed some draw. I rebuilt the deck however with what I have, let me know what you think.

WHAT!?!? No Horizon Chimera ?? I have a similar deck, check it out: Silence in the Library, and I use the combo to great success. Oh, and +1!

Will deffinitely put Horizon Chimera in here. I started with this deck and it slowly became a U/W control deck. I am going to rebuild this one at some point. Just focusing on the control deck right now. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Besides just looking at a top Azorius deck right now, there really isn't anything to say about your control :/ But good luck!

Interesting concept. Here are a few things I immediately thought about. Swift Justice should replace Mortal's Ardor ; the first strike is much better than an addtional 0/1. You may also want to consider Eidolon of Countless Battles and Boon Satyr to trigger more heroic. Thassa's Rebuff in your sideboard would seem to fall flat in this deck. I don't think you have enough blue. I would perhaps consider either Syncopate or Dissolve . I would have to playtest it some, but I think you also want more dual lands. Possibly throw in some shocks.
If you play the deck and like it, you may also want to consider Sphinx's Revelation for draw or Supreme Verdict for board wipe.
