Third mono blue test, updated from Octavia, Living Thesis to Lier, Disciple of the Drowned to Eluge, the Shoreless Sea and switch from auto mill to flicker as main support strategy.

Now at least I have a better wincon in dealing Commander damage with Eluge, the Shoreless Sea than just pissed off people with Hullbreaker Horror until they give up.
