I featured my deck to help give ideas for other Mayael players.

Mayael can be played in multiple ways just like any other commander. First she can be played as a fast tempo deck with low mana curve and using Mayael for mid to late game. Second you can play stax creatures ( Chancellor of the Annex , Angelic Arbiter , Blazing Archon , and ect.) to get to the mid to late game. Third just play big boys and cheat them in with various cards ( Tooth and Nail , Quicksilver Amulet , and ect.). Fourth mixer of the previous ways to play. Fifth however you want to Mayael.

EDH/Commander is for fun and to have a good time. Theres no right way to play Commander.
