I wanted to build a budget commander deck that is good for lower power scenarios with new players, but can still compete with higher powered decks. I love the B/G color combo and sacrifice/graveyard interactive decks so I went with Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest and tokens.

I am looking for suggestions on ways to improve the deck's consistency. I put a hard cap at $100 for this deck. Only 4 cards exceed $5 in cost, but I view those cards as absolutely essential: Dictate of Erebos, Parallel Lives, Primal Vigor, Triumph of the Hordes. For any suggestions, please provide what you think I should remove from the current list to make room for the new card and please keep in mind the $100 budget.
