Steven Menedian made this deck in 2012, but back then, Sensei's Divining Top was legal in legacy, and quite a mainstay for the deck. So I have tried to update the deck to compensate the said cards bannings.

Upon writing his primer for this deck, Steve described the deck as possibly the best deck in the format - but only if piloted correctly, since it is quite a skill intensive deck. This is somewhat of an overstatement, but the deck still does have quite a lot of reach and ability to control the game effectively.
