My personal Isshin, Two Heavens as One deck. Meant for "casual play" and I'd consider the deck a high 6 or 7 on the power scale. There are no combos in the deck and the main strategy of the deck is to win through extra combat steps. I run so many mana rocks because for it to be viable in my play group you need fast mana. I'd say beside the extra combat cards, the best cards in the 99 are Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, and Inferno Titan. They can really control the board with double attack triggers.
