Get Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons out, and deal -1/-1 counters with wither, infect, or by effect, and use proliferate often.

For a quick win use Devoted Druid to make one green mana, then use its second effect to untap it by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, which triggers Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons into making a snake token. Finally use the green mana to activate Quillspike effect.

Another fast win: Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to give your non-humans +1/+1 and undying, which is very important, and Triskelion . It comes into play with 3 +1/+1 counters, making it a 4/4, then Mikaeus, the Unhallowed gives it +1/+1 and undying, so it comes out as a 5/5. First you deal 1 damage to target player, then kill Triskelion with its own effect, it comes back because of undying. Now it's a 6/6; you deal 2 damage to target player, then to itself. If your up against a blue player make sure Prowling Serpopard is out.

Finally, Ashnod's Altar + Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Woodfall Primus . When Woodfall Primus comes into play you destroy target non-creature permanent. Then sacrifice it to Ashnods alter, Primus comes back because it has Persist, and thanks to Melira, Sylvok Outcast it doesn't get -1/-1 counters.

I know Medusa isn't Egyptian, don't message me about it.
