So, here's my attempt at a U/G aggro deck for a Jackson. I focused on making a tight mana curve and just getting maximum value for the cash strapped, without resorting to U/W heroic which is probably the archetype with the highest divisiveness currently.

The deck is pretty straightforward. The only ramp in the deck is Elvish Mystic and potentially Kiora's Follower but since the deck curves out really quick at 5 if you morph Sagu Mauler , 6 if hard casted and 7 for Fleetfeather Cockatrice 's Monstrous cost, further acceleration shouldn't be needed.

Ornithopter is my favorite creature of all time, so I threw in in as a flying chump blocker that can sneaky swing with Titanic Growth if I care to. Untap mechanics for sudo vigilance, and Triton Tactics was dirty nasty running it in mono blue, so it should fit in well here as well; no one ever sees it coming and can cause massive tempo swings when used with a little skill.
