By the way the 2 Angel's Mercy could be substituted for 2 other cards like Ajani's Mantra for example.

I totally agree with the Ajani's Mantra I think that would flow well.

It sounds good on paper, but I'm gonna say no for the mana cost. I probably wouldn't risk taking anything out for that tbh. Good card but too mana costly.

Don't do mantra, when you could do Nyx-Fleece Ram

So I replaced the Goldenglow Moth and Ajani's Mantra with 4x Nyx-Fleece Ram

I would do Kitchen Finks instead of Kemba's Skyguard. I know it doesn't have flying but still

Righteousness for your Rhox Faithmender. 16 hp gain when you block a creature.

I'd also remove Oppressive Rays for Pacifism. One more mana to totally negate a creature, vs just 3 mana to be used.Oppressive Rays is more of a sideboard card against cards with activation abilities than a negating tool. Also, I'd look into the new archangel from Origins. Archangel of Tithes I believe is its name. Could be useful for heavily slowing down your opponents game to allow for tons of more lifegain. Put Sunbond on it to make it a huge threat as well. Could work.

You might want to add Spirit Link. It's a one drop, and it acts separately from lifelink, doubling the life gain for a creature. With Rhox Faithmender, the lifegain would effectively be quadrupled.

Have you thought about splashing green for Feed the Clan? Same cost as Rest for the Weary except you gain 5 initial life and if you have a creature power 4 or greater you get 10 life. With this build I would dare say that should be easy to do. I know the inclusion of these 4 cards instead of the "rests" would mean inclusion of a different mana base or slight tweaking of what you have already, but it seems that with fetch lands and 2-3 forests you could pull it off.

If you do what Mattie3Thumbs advises and splash green, you could also add Heroes' Reunion, which can be more consistent than Feed the Clan and Rest for the Weary, because it has no conditions to meet for the gain of 7 life.

That is a good card and I never even thought about it. I want to build some form of life gain myself and I'm getting great ideas here. Thanks SoundTramp.

Hey, I noticed that this deck is a lot like mine, Mono-White Creature Lifegain, If you could give me some advice that would be awesome. PS: This is also to anybody who is commenting.

I would love to pit this deck up against my own life-gain deck Eternal Angels just for kicks. Yours has a lot of speed to it with lower cvc cards, but I think I might win out in the end as my creatures keep getting bigger and I keep getting more of them. I'd love some of your thoughts though and if you have any suggestions, please share!

Maybe take out Oppressive Rays for Whitesun's Passage?

Cathedral Sanctifier would go very well in this deck. I also suggest cards that are able to be paid with life instead of mana (such as Dismember), as your life total is usually high enough for the loss of life to be meaningless.

You should switch out Kemba's Skygard for inspiring cleric

Heheheyy!!!!Not bad Mr_Fuji, not bad at at all!!I'm not reading all these comments, just replying to the current deck you got out btw.I like that you're getting to 80+ life regularly too, that's a proper life deck right there. With this layout your shot at Rest for the Weary is 1 in 15 to draw it, or 1 in 2 by the second turn. Even with a perfect hand Serra Ascendant can't swing properly til t3 or 4 but Ajani's Pridemate is comming in at about 4 the first time, maybe 6 or 7 the second time; he'll be blocked by then but its worth it. So that's about a turn 5 kill at best but steady and clean otherwise.Me likes!Anyway, here's some ideas

I don't get your 3 drops or removal spells bro I'm so sorry, maybe I'm just not seeing something magical...the 3 skydude-only nets 2 life...its mega-soft, don't pay mana for that, c'mon! With [Kitchen Finks], you could at least net 4 and block a ton of dmg or more with your Soul Warden triggering the Pridemate each go. If its for the Flying, to enchant it with the Mantle...Isn't protection, Trample or unblockable better? You can add those things for less than 3 mana. I ran [Beloved Chaplain] for a few solid years and also[Loxadan Warhammer]: an expensive classic but worth its equip cost for sure if you imagine it on the Pridemate or really anything with Celestial Mantle

For you I'd actually go with [Ajani Caller of the Pride] as a lone 3 drop because you got a cool Sheep thing going with the 2 drop and can protect him. For an upgrade though, check out [Wall of Essence], its beautifully efficient

Next Spells: you went with cheap paralysis and removal. Check out [Gelid Shackles] its like Oppresive Rays but you might or might not like it better.I'd also consider [Intervention Pact], its truly a badass card, and you could actually run it unlike most decks. [Waves of Aggression] might be good for you but you'd have to make room for it. If you pair it with [Endless Horizons] you could multiply your life total many times over in 1 battlephase and solve your mana and draw excell issues pretty much all game.Lastly, idk about Journey to Nowhere, its not life-y enough. Why not Swords to Plowshards, its cheaper, Or Better Yet [Shining Shoal]; it combos really well with your expensive cards and almost all your creatures. Actually ya...that's my top reccomendation definetely could use a couple of Shoals!

Anyway that all I got without radically changing it. Its a great deck: Grats!
